Quick Recipe Update

So as promised yesterday, here is the Hulk Pancake recipe:

Ingredients
  • 1 Bananna
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1/4 Cup Oatmeal
  • 1 tsp Cinamon
  • 1/8 Sugar (opcional)

Directions

  1. In a blender mix the ingredients, first banana, eggs, and spinach. Then add the oatmeal, sugar and cinnamon (the oatmeal can be replaced with a bag of instant oatmeal of your favorite flavor)
  2. Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat, grease with cooking spray.
  3. Make your Pancakes
  4. Enjoy!


It's pretty simple, and sounds really good. And they tasted okay. But as I said yesterday, they were really "soupy". Which means I think I need to drain/dry the spinach more. Or if it still seems too soupy, toss in a tablespoon or so of flour. 

Tomorrow, if I get the chance, I'm going to re-try the 3 Ingredient Banana Cookie Recipe. I have some walnuts and cooking knowledge at this point, so it's worth a shot before the last of the bananas really can't be used at all.
